Meaghan is an accomplished athlete and avid runner with a vast array of education and experience training resilience, performance & mindset, strength and conditioning and neurolinguistic programming.

She is an engaging and charismatic presenter and teacher with over 10 years of coaching and training experience.

She has taught and worked with youth, collegiate and professional athletes from organizations such as LA Galaxy Academy, Augusta Arsenal Soccer Club, Clairemont McKenna College, University of New Hampshire, to name a few. She has also worked with executives and professionals from renowned organizations including Google, EXOS, Pierce Atwood as well as the US Army.

The training was a very unique experience for our team. Not only did it challenge us mentally and physically, but it actually brought our team closer than I could ever have imagined. By the end of the long session we realized how much we needed each other, and how much we valued those who were next to us on the field. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Meg this past season. In all of the team and brain training I've had, her process is unique and I felt like I could really connect to it. The activities that we did instilled team work and communication in a way that is different from most, as we really needed to rely on each other. We needed to communicate and support each other while keeping our minds active, searching for ways to succeed in every activity. The sense of competition pushed us, forcing us into similar game situation of pressure that we'd feel in a game, as we needed to problem solve and perform in the situation.
